To What Address Do We Ship?
We only ship to Australia at this time.

Order Processing & Delivery
If you place your order before 2:00 PM (ACST) on a business day, we will begin processing it the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched and delivered within approximately 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via the Contact Us page. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible before the order has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders
